TANK VENT APPLICATIONS |
|
CARBTROL
provides several different size activated carbon canisters to control organic process gases exiting storage tanks during filling operations and from temperature changes. These
are very effective in removing odors and objectionable material from
discharge to the atmosphere.

The G-1, G-2, and G-3 are furnished
in HDPE and can also be furnished in epoxy-coated steel with a design pressure of
10 psi. The standard media is our high capacity granular
vapor phase carbon, or when hydrogen sulfide is present, a high capacity
catalytic carbon can be provided. CARBTROL activated carbon canisters are also effective
as back-up units for thermal
oxidizers.
